Anxiety is everywhere

Excessive worry makes us avoid certain activities, opportunities, or experiences that may be good for us, fun or valuable towards career advancement. Anxiety has a way of crimping our style.

Avoid Certain Substances: Avoid using substances such as drugs, alcohol, and coffee that can contribute to or aggravate the symptoms of anxiety.  Many panic attack and anxiety sufferers complain about their inability to do new things, try new activities, and take on new challenges. Are you one of those? 

Severe anxiety affect sufferers in different ways. Some experience tightening in the chest that makes breathing difficult.
