Hello there, and welcome to “Simply You” I am Chef Renée. Today we are going to be doing foods that help with weight management, all right. It’s crucial for us not to beat ourselves up but to have the right attitude about weight management.

There’s so much more to weight-loss and keeping the weight off.

It incorporates several things. It encompasses physical exercise. It encompasses nutrition. It encompasses our psyche and how we’re thinking. So we got to take into account those things when we’re talking about weight reduction, weight management, weight gain, or just being stable with our weight. Right!

Today, I’m, going to cook a several dishes for you. Perhaps, they will help you keep weight management in mind. Because I could tell you a million things to cook literally, but it won’t do any good if you don’t have the right mental outlook or mindset.

So what I ‘d like you to do if you’re interested in weight loss is to start to reconsider the way or to take into consideration the way you think of food. The way that you contemplate exercise. The way you deal with stress, and when you get out of bed in the mornings, you take a deep breath and say: okay, what’s on the agenda today? Then, I’m going to eat today …

So here is what we will be making today:

Power Greens Recipe

Grilled Chicken Wrap with Butter Lettuce

Roasted Tofu w/Carrots & Daikon Radish

Roasted Tofu Recipe

Dice the Tofu

Soy Sauce

Add a little Olive Oil.

3.4 tbsp of Corn Starch

Paprika

Roast in the oven for 45 minutes
